DexNote app for iPhone and iPad

DexNote is a reference resource for radiologists, spanning all of the major subspecialties. DexNote is designed for use in the reading room, enabling simple and intuitive, yet rapid and efficient, navigation of radiology information.

Get the in-app update for the complete database which contains more than 32,000 entries, including hundreds of imaging differential diagnoses, more than 1,900 links to the literature and more than 500 images. The free trial database includes a small subset of this information to give the user an idea of how the full database functions.

DexNote displays information in three columns. Navigate to any particular item of interest by touching it. The relevant categories and subtopics are then shown in the leftward and rightward columns, respectively. The entire display may be shifted to the left or right by swiping. For example, with the item "hepatocellular carcinoma" selected as the item of interest, a number of relevant categories are listed. To browse these categories further, swipe the display to bring those items to the center. Back and forward history buttons are also available in the lower left corner.

DexNote also contains thousands of web links and images. To display these items, simply touch and hold. Pinch to resize, and touch "Done" to return to the DexNote display.
